Methodology

Fingerprints capture status class, JSON shape paths, pagination class, enum checks, and latency bucket. Diffs vs the prior successful run produce change_kind values including silent_break.

Not an uptime SLA. Not legal evidence of vendor breach. Observations from a capped fixture suite against public endpoints only.

Canonical id apibreak.silent_breaks.count.week (marketing alias silent_api_break_rate) — weekly count of silent_break events across the ToS-ok fixture suite. Both ids resolve to the same series via GET /v1/indices/{id}.
